David Apodaca has been a resident of Kitsap County for 21 years and been practicing law in the state of Washington for 17 years.  He is a graduate of UNLV and the University of Washington, School of Law and a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, Kitsap County Bar Associattion and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Western Washington.
